It was a warm summer evening, and the city was alive with the sounds of traffic and laughter. Sarah, a young woman with a short, tight ponytail, was walking down the street, lost in thought. She barely noticed the man who approached her, until he was standing directly in front of her.
“Excuse me, miss,” he said, his voice smooth and confident. “I couldn’t help but notice your beautiful haircut. It’s very striking.”
Sarah looked up, surprised. She had always been self-conscious about her short hair, but the man’s words made her feel attractive and desirable. She smiled, her cheeks flushing with pleasure.
“Thank you,” she said, her voice soft. “I just got it cut today. I was feeling a little rebellious.”
