It was a hot summer day, and the local gym was packed with sweaty bodies. In the women’s locker room, a tall, athletic woman with long, flowing hair was getting changed after her workout. Her name was Samantha, a 28-year-old personal trainer who loved nothing more than helping others reach their fitness goals.
As Samantha was putting on her clothes, she noticed a shy, petite 18-year-old girl watching her from across the room. The girl had short, curly hair and was clearly nervous about being in the locker room with so many other women. Samantha smiled at the girl and walked over to her.
“Hey there, I’m Samantha,” she said, extending her hand. “What’s your name?”
The girl blushed and shook Samantha’s hand. “I’m Lily,” she said softly. “I’ve never been to this gym before, and I’m kind of nervous.”
